Natural disasters like this can happen to anyone around the world, and any where in fact........

But then again, what really leaves me in total bafflement is when I see people mocking those people being affected by such natural disasters, which makes me to ask--"Are such people normal at all?" angry

It can never happen where am from

If u don't, the water pressure will eventually break through the window and still enter the house, regardless.
