I got the same reply, I sent the email at exactly 9am,then two minutes later they sent me the frustrating response, I've called the embassy to complain about it and was told to try again next time, now on the embassy's website there's no booking for June, only in July for embassy appearance when most schools have started enrolment. But some one on this platform successful from last year's booking talked about a code generated on the embassy's website with which you need to include in your mail. Does anyone know about this code? Could you pls throw more light on it? Thanks.

They've changed the style of booking: the code is no longer required instead you put your passport number on the subject column.

I just confirmed that there's no booking for June

Ladies and gentlemen let's all brace up and put heads together maybe we'll get it right next time. I sent out my email at 9am dot and two minutes later I got the frustrating message. Someone on this platform that was successful last year 2018 talked about a code that will appear on the embassy's website with which you include in your email. With this info, I called the embassy and tried to get more info on the said code since it's not stated on their website, the man that answered me, instead of refuting the claim or enlightening me, he asked me to ask my friend for details and hung up on me. Can anyone make effort to verify this code info as it could be our panacea for booking this long-term visa. Any other info you have pls share it, one love

Kindly go to the Ministry of Education and request for LETTER OF ELIGIBILITY.

This letter should solve the problem concerning the Number of Hours allocation.

Furthermore, what program are you going for? You will need to Legalize your Secondary School Testimonial and Waec result at the Ministry of Education before this Letter can be given to you.

PS: Note that you still have to Legalize the Letter at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Super-Legalize it at the Embassy of Czech Republic before you can send it to the school (CULS v Praha)

Hey, please note that we don't normally Superlegalise any documents coming from the Czech Republic. It is totally not necessary.

Your admission letter is coming from the Czech Republic and it is written in Czech language, so you don't need to Superlegalise it.

I hope you have your accommodation letter as well and not just the admission letter?
