I have written about this before here on nairaland. There is one they are building in mz area. The chairman of the committe is a civil engineer who contracted his personal house building project to another engineer. His deputy is an agric engineering lecturer. The church like free things and rely on church members to execute projects

I really love JW. The serenity of their worship place is so unique. Very quiet and cool. Its so wonderful.

Right now in VI in Lagos and Abuja, there are building projects of like 8 or 9 floors of building apartments. Selling for like 300M per flat in Lagos and like 80M in Abuja. Work is still at foundation level but everything is sold out.
