The unbiased view on the ministry of live stock development

When I heard the news that the federal government has taking a decision to create ministry for live stocks development, I got mad at Tinubu and declared a total rubbish at this development. Truly, isn't that a waste of money when the government has enacted the oransaye report to trash out many Ministries and agencies in order to reduce the cost of governance, a sensible Nigerian could have think why would the federal government at this point in time created another ministry for live stock which could have been under ministry of agriculture, isn't this a foolish decision from the government.
I kept thinking about this ministry and what is actually the purpose of it, Holland has the highest live stocks of cows and there is nothing like ministry of live stock development, business is business, cow are not natural resources per se, anybody who want to ventures into animals husbandry should know that this sector is a business sector and government need not to meddling in it but to collect tax, is not justifiable to collect tax on others business and use that to build tax free ministry for another benefactors.
However, on a more serious note, if we could draw back from emotional sentiments and take a second look with critical eyes to see this ministry, we will understand one thing, creation of ministry is to address the issue bothering a specific area of demand, I will not say, as this point that having a ministry of live stock development is a bad move, in fact it a fantastic idea, I recall the problem and agitation of Niger Delta militants disturbing and disrupting our oil regions, thanks for the humanity in late Umar Yaradua and his kind intervention to solve the problem with amnesty, then created the ministry of Niger Delta Affairs to put final rest to the unrest, the creation of this ministry help to see that the militants weren't the problem, in fact this ministry made us to see the real culprits stealing our resources and using the militants to cover up their atrocities.
In the same vain, having a ministry of live stock development, will help us to curtail the problems of insecurity and to manage food security properly, the problem of headmen has become a catch 22 situation for government since Jonathan's regime and government has been looking for non political way to solve this very problem, for me, I think this ministry is a welcome development and a win-win for both government and miyeti allah to address and manage the issue bothering the shortage of farm products and at the same time help us to different headmen from bandits or terrorists, I believe the creation of this ministry will expose and differentiate those terrorists hidden under miyeti allah just as the case of Niger Delta region.

So in other words Fulani terrorism has triumphed,the sacrifices of innocent souls is the price for ministry of livestock.

Nigerdelta demand was legitimate given that resources were taken from their land.

The Fulani have no case,they run a private business and they want to sustain the business on people's innocent blood.

That ministry is a blood money ministry.
