In all fairness, that clip was too short to draw such conclusion..

Kudos to the men of the Fire Service.. as they appeared to have arrived the scene on time..

I'm sure the fire was eventually put out by them..

As at the time I passed, I don't think they were able to put out the fire. This heat is so much that nobody can get close.

Most people wey dey come to here are fooolzz, hydrocarbon they burn which can lead to Bleve or explosion, and you want them to go near, they can only cool the burning vessel until the fire reduce and certain that it can explode before they can move close

This person was just driving pass from a great distance and wasn't even close enough to see what the fire service people are actually doing.

It just shows that they need better equipment and more training. They are doing their best with what they have.

Make anybody wey get issue quench the fire himself. They were trained for the job. Anyone else can only complain and criticize.

We are too quick in reacting, but clearly shows our level of knowledge on certain matters, so you know, that distance is safe for both the firemen & fire truck....The other coordinated efforts done to put out the fire is absent in the video....

The real Firemen and women are called Fire Fighters! 🚒

I was watching at the Maryland bridge when one truck broke down on the bridge around 1am. I was still there like 2 hours later when Lasma came with a towing truck and their van. I stayed around to see what would happen until like 1 hour later, the truck was towed out before it was dawn. The same morning, I boarded transport to warri. From Benin to warri took us 4 hours. Before warri roundabout, the traffic was the worst. I was told that for the past four days a truck broke down at one side of the road and they are managing only one side. .
