Mod if not the right section of the forum please move it to the right section.

I'm seeking advice from experienced individuals regarding an electricity bill issue.

My neighbor attempted to recharge his electric bill via OPay but received an error message about not meeting the minimum payment amount. When I tried to help, instead of receiving a token, I got a reversal.

Typically, at the start of each month, we pay ₦6,901, which has been our standard payment for months due to some compound debt.

For July, we've already made that payment plus extra and have topped up twice.

However, we're now being asked to pay a minimum of ₦200,000, which is significantly higher than usual.

What should we do in this situation? I've already sent several WhatsApp messages and an email to their customer service, but I haven't received a response yet.

Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
