The Inspector-General of Police, Hafiz Ringim, has said security agencies would ensure that Saturday’s governorship election in Kogi State holds without violence.

According to him, the election will be “free, fair, safe and secure.”

Ringim spoke in Lokoja, the state capital, when he led heads of other security agencies to receive 63 Hilux vans donated to them by Governor Ibrahim Idris.
