According to Npower News, beneficiaries of Npower batch c in Kano state has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to consider giving Npower beneficiaries permanent employment and pensionable appointments.

This call was made in Kano state during a press conference led by the chairman of Npower batch c beneficiaries in the state, Nazifi Muhammad Abubakar.

Nazifi Muhammad Abubakar said the Npower beneficiaries in Kano had written a letter to the Kano State government asking him to consider giving them permanent employment and pensionable appointments. The letter was rejected, but supporters of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) under the leadership of Halimat Adenike Tejuosho came to their aid, assuring them that the kano state government would look into their case.

As a result of this, the beneficiaries of Npower Batch C in Kano state also called President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to consider appointing Halimat Adenike Tejuosho as Minister for Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation as a result of her immense contribution to Npower.

The beneficiaries of Npower Batch C in Kano state also praised Halimat Adenike Tejuosho for providing fifteen scholarships to local residents in Kano state to study in several fields, including science and engineering.

“In light of this milestone, the Npower beneficiaries forum respectfully urges President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to consider the appointment of Dr Halimat Adenike Tejuosho as the Minister for Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation.

“Dr Tejuosho’s unwavering commitment and support to the Npower beneficiaries and the less privileged in Nigeria have been exemplary, making her an ideal candidate for this crucial role.

“However, it is also worth noting that Tejuosho has been given money out of her pocket to assist people, especially those with disabilities, youths, and the less privileged.

“We, the Kano State youths, assure you when Tejuosho is appointed as minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, the APC will win both presidential and gubernatorial seats in the forthcoming election in 2027. Our appeal to you, sir, is to consider our request to appoint Tejuosho as minister for her tireless assistance and her profound commitment to the development of humanities,” Nazifi Muhammad Abubakar stated.
