I was wondering if there are other people with my experience. Put a deposit for a house with a developer (Cityscape) in 2007 and no single progress till date. Trying to get my money back and they are employing various underhand means of frustrating me.
I am actually looking for people with similar issues so that we can present ourselves as a group. If we organize this right, we will all be able to get our money back as they have been refunding the bigger groups like company cooperatives,
