I discovered from a research, that countries that have open borders are not controlled by the leaders of such countries but by some world groups behind the scenes,such countries include Western countries like Canada,USA, some European countries etc.

Careful observation of Nigeria,one will notice that NIGERIA also as very open borders,other Africans are allowed unfettered access into Nigeria,especially neighbourhood countries. Nigeria deliberately weakens it's borders to allow unfettered access to these people eg the Fulani.
