I want to know if one can send or write proposals to organizations with just a business name certificate. I just registered my business name,and I am yet to incorporate it to a Limited Liability company but I have some ideas that I feel would be beneficial to the state government where I am based and I want to write and forward a proposal to them to that effect,but I would need advise if it is officially accepted to forward proposals from a Newly registered company and besides that is not a limited liability company. Advice needed please. |

If you are going to submit tenders and official proposals you definitely will need to do it with a limited liability company. Business registration will be insufficient as govts and other corporate bodies do not deal with sole proprietor businesses. www.nairabrains.com |
