The Federal Government has announced the next stage of the recruitment exercise for the Nigeria Immigration Service and the Federal Fire Service to begin August. Ja’afaru Ahmed, the Secretary of Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board, disclosed this on Sunday in Abuja. According to Ahmed the change in the date of the recruitment exercise was due to the just concluded nationwide manpower audit exercise on Nigerian Correctional Service, Nigeria Immigration Service, Federal Fire Service and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps. I registered for immigration in the early 2023, since then, I did not receive or hear anything about them. How come there was a registration in 2024 and we that registered in 2023 are yet to hear anything? |
