Symptoms may include:

- A bulge or pressure in the vagina
- Urinary incontinence or difficulty urinating
- Constipation
- Back pain
- Painful sexual activity

Treatment options range from lifestyle changes to surgery, including:

- Pelvic floor exercises (Kegels)
