Please i need your advice . Someone i know was beaten and nearly strangled by the mother of the autistic student.

1. The boy is autistic
2. Peeled his own lip and was bleeding and then taken to hospital and got treated[minor thing]
3. Father picked him up and school did not tell about it.
4. Parents noticed it at home and goes to the school, cause mayhem in office and straight to the kid's teacher classroom
5. Wife slapped her, kicked her laptop and it fell down and got broken, started to strangle her and she could not breathe. Then husband noticed and pushed the wife away
6. Father threatens to call police and jail teacher.

What is your suggestion about this? Does the teacher have a case or not?

Teacher should go to the police both parent will be charge for assault but the issue is that school owners will not want the issue to go public even though the teacher is not guilty according to you,the mistake of the school is why didn't they inform the parents of the child before taking the child to hospital? Why did they allow the parent to find out ?Their action looks suspicious.

The parents have no right to beat up a teacher no matter what... even if the teacher's action is suspicious. The right thing is to report to the right authority, i.e the school, allow them make their findings and deal with the case appropriately. However, if they are not satisfied or if they still find the school or teacher suspicious, they should go to the police. Beating her up is criminal
