Just a week ago, in one cool evening, I sat in the dark alone in front of my house enjoying my newly found love – a biscuit that tasted like manna from heaven and a bottle of groundnut.

As I chewed, I thought about the past activities of the day and how to gravitate through life in a strategic and outstanding way the following week

And then my phone rang, it was a call from someone special.

Deep in the conversation, I notice there is something unusual on the floor

It was very dark out there so I had to quickly put on my phone touch light

My flight mode was quickly activated

As the light came on, lol, and behold, it was a cat.

Until the cat appeared, I was alone in the dark like many real estate investors who are buying several acres of land in secret and moving around in the open like broke niggers.

For perspective, do you know how many acres make a plot of land? (multiplied by 10s or even 100s in some cases). That’s the extent of property investment some people make.
