For sometime I have not been on Nairaland and I'm back fully. I went to North to see the other side of Nigeria. My brothers and sisters anybody that compare Ijaw or Bayelsa to North say poverty, that person need be arrested for trying to mislead the public. Ijaw man no like suffer, North based Northerners see Northerners in Ijaw land like Southerners see their relations in Europe. The rate of poverty in northern Nigeria is unbelievable. 80% of Northern politicians prefer to live with their families in Abuja. They don't like to live in the midst of their brothers and sisters who are very poor. They have adopted the caste system surreptitiously that u would think,some people are biologically poor. I really don't envy them. 1 Like |
