Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Laboratory Scientist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and precision in sample collection and analysis, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze biological samples with utmost accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including but not limited to, hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, and immunology.
- Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Follow strict protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all tests conducted.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret and discuss test results.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs to enhance laboratory operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and techniques.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
- Valid certification and license to practice as a Laboratory Scientist.
- 2-5 years of cognate experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Proficiency in sample collection and handling techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and medical laboratory software.
