You wouldn't say that if you had been caught up in the fall out, flights delayed, unable to access services, needing to manually enter data that an automated system handled, having to enter data into systems that had been written up manually.

As with anything IT that fails, it's the painful recovery and restoration process that hurts the most. Remember that needs to be done when the system is back up alongside normal operations.
