Skills and Requirements
o Experience as a telecommunications rigger or related field.
o Proficiency in climbing and working at heights, with certification in tower climbing and rescue (e.g., Comtrain or equivalent).
o Knowledge of rigging techniques, knots, and safety procedures specific to tower climbing.
o Understanding of telecommunications equipment and antenna systems.
o Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks at heights.
o Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
o Willingness to travel and work in various outdoor environments and weather conditions.
o Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
