The title to d land presently is family receipt and survey and the land is not under Government acquisition which means you apply for C of O in ur name.
2ndly,you dont need a raft foundation becos d land is dry and solid.
There is no timeframe for you to start construction and yes,people are already living in the area which is about 10mins drive from lagos/badagry exp and few minutes frm crawford university.
People have bought land frm me in dat area in acres and in plots, it depends on ur budget.

how close is it to the main road? which side is it, craword side or opposite.

Opposite side, about 1000m frm d main road, u turn by a secondary school close to a hotel along the road
