GANDUJE CHARGES NEWLY INAUGURATED MEMBERS OF APC ANAMBRA CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL

Wednesday, July 17th, 2024, an inaugural meeting of the Anambra APC Consultative Council was convened at the instance of the state leadership of the party led by Sir Basil Ejidike which was held at Nicon Luxury Hotel, Abuja.

The purpose was to inaugurate the Consultative Council of the party in Anambra State in a bid to reposition the party to find better ways of changing the narratives of the party in Anambra as it prepares for the 2025 gubernatorial election.

The strategic meeting also discussed issues of internal cohesion among party stakeholders in Anambra State and the need for synergy between the leadership of the party, party stakeholders as well as party faithful.

Donations were made during the event, running into over 250 million naira to help the smooth running of the party.

The Consultative Council was also vested with several tasks towards ensuring that the party wins the 2025 Guber elections.

Some of these tasks/activities include:

• Visit the 21 LGAs in Anambra State;

• Fresh and continuous registration of party members tailored on polling units;

• Organization of seminars;

• Visit to federal government project sites within the State;

• Lastly, to arrange for a high-powered visit of the National Chairman to the state.

Goodwill messages came from the APC national chairman, the Senate President, and the vice chairman of APC Southeast.
