Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and reliable Drivers and Logistics Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of passengers and goods, as well as supporting logistics operations. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Drivers:

Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers and goods to designated locations.
Load and unload passengers and cargo, ensuring it is secure and handled with care.
Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary for traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate logs of driving activities, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
Comply with all traffic laws, NRSC regulations, and company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and pick-up operations.

Logistics Personnel:

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods.
Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers to schedule and monitor passengers and shipments.
Track and report on vehicle status, addressing any issues that arise during transit.
Prepare and process documentation, including waybills and invoices.
Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations as needed.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics activities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Drivers:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
years of experience as a professional driver.
Knowledge of regulations and safe driving practices.
Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Logistics Personnel:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
years of experience in logistics or a similar role.
Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
