To make Mary Magdalene look like the original repentant prostitute, early church leaders merged her with other women mentioned in the Bible, including an unnamed woman, identified in the Gospel of Luke as a sinner, who bathes Jesus’s feet with her tears as well as another Mary, Mary of Bethany, who also appears in Luke.

Men need not to feel threatened by women! Jesus , the son of God, elevated women to a status never seen in a male dominated patriarchal Israel , to the chagrin of his male followers! while Mary Magdalene was never identified as the prostitute, your intention is clear which is not to glorify Jesus christ but to promote feminism.

Women has always had an elevated position in Israel and the disciples were never in chagrin because Mary magdalene brought messages to them, you just had to lie in other to propagate your ideology by using the bible.
