1.One Area I salute the Labour Leaders is ability to force / reduced the length of years of Salary Reviews - from 5- yrs to 3 - years,just to catch-up up with inflation.

Whatever the govt wants to Spend- --should be stated,e.g What Percentage (%) increase are they adding to the poor monthly fees of the Retired People? This should be stated clearly!

You read it right. 720K is the total number of Federal Civil Service personnel on IPPIS and that number may well nclude some ghost workers. What percentage of the national budget are we spending to pay the salaries of less than 2% of the total workforce in the country? 20% of the Nations budget to pay salaries for 2% of the Nations workforce and yet many of these civil servants are actually living even above these salaries due to corruption! The country is serving the civil servants appears more to be the situation.
