𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙎𝙞𝙧 𝙏𝙤𝙘𝙝𝙪𝙠𝙬𝙪 𝙊𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙨 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙖𝙨 𝙇𝙖𝙬𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙠𝙨𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜

On July 21, 2024, Hon. Sir Tochukwu Okere celebrated his one-year anniversary as Owerri Federal Constituency's representative with a thanksgiving ceremony at Maria Assumpta Catholic Cathedral.

It was a moment of gratitude and recount of fortitude.

Rev. Fr. Martin Edward Ohajunwa, Cathedral Administrator and representative of Archbishop Lucius Iwejuru Ugorji, delivered a heartfelt sermon, emphasizing exemplary leadership and service. He warmly welcomed Hon.Okere and extended greetings from Archbishop Lucius Iwejuru Ugorji, who was unable to attend but was "with them in spirit". Rev. Fr. Ohajunwa prayed for God's guidance, wisdom, and blessings upon Hon. Okere.

Hon. Tochukwu Okere expressed gratitude to God and constituents, pledging to deploy everything possible to continue addressing their needs in the remaining years of his tenure.
