I wonder why some Folks who are now older in age, have had success in their careers turn into potential inhibitors of growth of upcoming younger folks.
They seem to completely forget they were youths when they started.

(This exempts me because, no one can inhibit my growth in life. I won't let that happen by God's Grace ).
