We're seeking a talented Live Chat Representative to join us. We are looking for exceptional individuals who are passionate about assisting customers through live chat. If you're ready to be part of our customer-centric journey, we want to hear from you.
The Objective of this role is to increase the user database and guide them to register and recharge on the company platform.

KEY DUTIES
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support platforms.
• Assist customers with product information, technical support, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer queries.
• Adhere to predefined service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.
• Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines

Job Description
• Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
• Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests
• Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques
• Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined
• Keep customer accounts current by updating databases

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
• Minimum one year
• experience as a Live chat Representative or similar role.
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in typing and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• A basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
• Must have promotional skills.
