Responsibilities:

• Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients on a variety of insurance and investment products.
• Develop and implement tailored financial plans to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of NCE/OND in any discipline.
• Both experienced and non-experienced individuals can apply as Sales/Financial Advisors, within and outside the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and insurance products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Proficiency with financial planning software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
