The Vice President, Senator @KashimSM, has said Nigeria is not just catching up with the rest of the world but is also poised to overtake them in terms of economy and technology.

He stated this on Tuesday when he launched the AI Expertise Blockchain and Technology Training and Outsourcing Initiative in Dutse, the Jigawa State capital, as part of Nigeria's strategy for digital transformation and leadership in Africa.

While in Jigawa, Senator @KashimSM had earlier launched the 4th edition of the Expanded National Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Clinic, disclosing that President @officialABAT has ordered that a grant of N150,000 should be given to each of the business owners in the state as the Federal Government's support to MSMEs across the country.

He noted that the N150,000 grant is an outright grant that does not require beneficiaries to repay.

Shettima knows so well that Nigeria, under this current calamitous Tinubu regime of which he is part and parcel, is never in any way poised to overtake other world economies.

Very true. Since we've not been able to implement ordinary mechanized agriculture that Britain and other western countries invented since the 19th century, overtaking them technologically is possible.

Without APC Nigerian GDP would have been 850 billion dollars minimum

And average Nigerian would be producing goods and services worth 4200 dollars per year

But now we are at 252 billion real estimates ( was calculated with ₦1100 to a dollar ) should be 198 billion with new exchange rate

GDP per capita is less than 1000 dollars first time since 1999

So definitely not with APC we won't

You want to overtake other world economies with the way you are handling Dangote refinery? Telle the confidence other private investors will have to come in to invest?

Shettima is on point! If we harness our resources and talents right, there's no stopping Nigeria. It's about time we show the world what we can do. Let's support this vision and make it a reality!
