Zwooks: Nigeria had no working refinery but you want to buy to destroy the only one able to be built because he's afraid of dangote π€‘π€‘π€‘ What had stopped FG from building or reconstructing one before dangote, what had stopped other private companies from building one?? You all are bunch of hypocrites |

slimthugchimee2: The stew he cooked was with ingredients like (subsidized dollars) from Emefiele, which belongs to all Nigerians. So technically. We cooked the stew. The USA buys crude Oil in Saudi Arabia despite producing their own crude daily. Its a normal process in the world of Crude. Dangote is just whipping up public sentiments. Buying crude internationally despite production at home is Normal. |
Re: GEJ Gave Dangote, Others Too Much Waivers, Destroyed Small Businesses β Yesufu by malali: 10:55pm On Jul 24 |
Greenfusion: NNPC is a government owned structure, don't confuse the two, Crude oil sales has international futures contract(even before Dangote opened his refinery). USA despite producing producing crude oil, they also import and export as well. What Dangote is crying over is a normal process.

Greenfusion:NNPC doesn't owe him crude, he is a private businessman. NNPC can sell crude to whoever they like. It reeks of entitlement, when he throws a tantrum over not getting crude from NNPC. USA produces 11 million barrel per day, they export 6 million barrels per day and still import 3 million barrels per day. What NNPC is doing is normal all over the world .

nedekid: He can throw a tantrum as much as he wants, Its his refinery we do not owe him to "buy" him out. Where is it written that because he built a refinery, Nigeria must sell crude oil to him ? Where is there a contract that Nigeria must buy petrol from him ? Show me the agreed contract to that effect ? Where is it written that Nigerians have to buy him out if he says so ? Dangote has been doing business with government leverage for decades, the first time he has to do real business, he is crying like a baby. |

allthingsgood: Let me educate you, dollars was subsidized till Tinubu came into power and made it free float, determined by market forces. Subsidized dollars means, the difference is paid by the government. The government is me and you. Because the money used in subsidizing the dollars could have been used to build hospitals and schools. |

slimthugchimee2:so you are saying because he built one now translates to holding the economy to do what he wants? How do you meet federal govt and ask them to shut other means of get petro and make u the only source, i just canβt wrap head around that like who was he thinking he is? |

GreenxGreen: Don't you know they are small scale of all those factories. Do you know there are some sugar brands in kano operating on a small scale level that serve certain demographics? This is the effect of lack of exposure. Ignorance is not bad but failing to develop knowledge is tragic. Google would have helped your ignorance |

SmartyPants:Ooh I see, and is this coming from a semi-literate that couldn't spell the word "receive" for 3 good consecutive times in one sentence. But want to lecture me on waivers. π Lol.... Go back to primary 4 and learn how to spell RECEIVE then we can talk about waivers. Olodo! |

slimthugchimee2: Olodo. On severe scarcity what do you think happens. Oh, you don't know because of the few amt of producers they meet regularly to hold meetings to determine pricing. Smh |
Re: GEJ Gave Dangote, Others Too Much Waivers, Destroyed Small Businesses β Yesufu by Zwooks: 7:17am On Jul 25 |
slimthugchimee2: When you know economics well, you won't argue. So the price increment straight to 10k from 4500 is justified. Lolz |

slimthugchimee2: We won't make him the sole importer and producer of petroleum product's. You people can cry to death we don't care |
Re: GEJ Gave Dangote, Others Too Much Waivers, Destroyed Small Businesses β Yesufu by slimthugchimee2(m): 7:22am On Jul 25 |
visaclick: Where, where did he say they should stop other means of getting petrol Federal govt granted 21 licences to different people to build refineries and only dangote had the guts to actually start Him being the only one to finish building is not his fault Nigeria urgently needs a refinery and if nobody else can build a refinery then yes, let it go to dangote At least that money stays in nigera and employees more Nigerians both directly and indirectly. Most Nigerians will get a massive amount of money and the nonsense they will call investments for us will be hotels and shopping complexes nothing else Bunch of hypocrites |
Re: GEJ Gave Dangote, Others Too Much Waivers, Destroyed Small Businesses β Yesufu by slimthugchimee2(m): 7:24am On Jul 25 |
Zwooks: Another lie pulled out from the anus Bring a detailed document that shows he's an importer Also nobody wants him to be sole produce of petroleum, but if none of you can build a refinery then shut the F up Dangote has done more for Nigerian than 99% of our politicians and Nigerians |
Re: GEJ Gave Dangote, Others Too Much Waivers, Destroyed Small Businesses β Yesufu by slimthugchimee2(m): 7:27am On Jul 25 |

Re: GEJ Gave Dangote, Others Too Much Waivers, Destroyed Small Businesses β Yesufu by slimthugchimee2(m): 7:31am On Jul 25 |
Zwooks: They come regularly to hold meetings to determine prices π€‘π€‘π€‘ Dangote has a far bigger market and ahead of others, you think all of them will sit down and watch dangote control large chunk of the market? You think say na market union? Larfarge is a foreign owned company and if they can, they would do anything to beat dangote out of business |

Re: GEJ Gave Dangote, Others Too Much Waivers, Destroyed Small Businesses β Yesufu by omoiyalayi(m): 3:41pm On Jul 25 |

malali: Thank you my brother. I have followed Dangote's business model for upward of 15years now and the impact on the Nigerian business environment. Dude does not mean well for Nigeria. He is part of the rot in the system and reason we are here today. Imagine the entitlement. 1 Like |
