Say that the Marines!

We can't be deceived. Government has a hand in it. Otherwise, they would have been swift in calling them to order.

Same scenario last February 2023 Gubernatorial elections which Sanwo Olu "won".

Let's see how the protests pans out.

Which igbo man? undecided

U better face the North.

protest will happen so we can change the 1999 constitution for u don't worry.

You forgot about Aguiyi Ironsi, an Ibo military man who abolished Nigeria functional federalism to introduce his own military constitution fashioned by Ben Nwabueze?

Point is all the nonsensical military constitutions are not constitutional in Nigeria to begin with. The only constitution is the regionalism system.

Meanwhile, protest in your own region. Simple as ABC.

I wonder why you still don't understand.

If that's the case then it's not a nationwide protest

Lol the pettiness of APC is also petty. Damn!!! Left for me, this protest is not necessary because it won't work. The best time was during election but some people wanted to teach igbos some lessons. grin grin grin grin

Tinubu is a druglord and he sees the masses as trash, so the suffering is just starting. He will reproduce lekki tollgate in the coming days.

Only God can remove that bastard of a president

I'm totally with you on this. Nigeria is doomed until that man is out. Right now, he controls like everything in the country including INEC. So, we'll have to sit tight till 2031. Too bad but that's the reality staring at us.

When I see these battering among southern people of the country, I just wonder if we don't have sense. I have carefully read through the comments, no one has mentioned the protest being organized in the northern part. Is it that the protest is only meant to hold in Lagos alone? In as much as I don't support the protest because of fear of being hijacked, why do some people think protest in Lagos is against Tinubu? The protest during Jonathan's regime was held across the country and it was peaceful. The truth is that we are so divided and know nothing about democracy. In a sener clime, police is supposed to provide security for the protesters for a peaceful outing but No! In my country, protest is seen as weapon againt a tribe. Who do us?

The traditionalists have their rights to religion same way non-followers also have their rights to movement and civil activities. The rights of one group should not be interfered and should not interfere by/with the rights of the other group.

The problem with Apc govt and there apologist is they take Nigerians for a FOOL ... they just talk as if they are addressing day old kids
Oro is better means to resist movement, and its aknown Fact kings are on the payroll of govt ... e who pays the piper nii
The two machinery Lagos govt uses to do there suppressing bid are namely

1. Agberos/Nurtw

2. Traditional rulers

Whether APC likes it or not Nigerians we overcome them before they turn Nigerians to almajiris, you can't wake without recieving message for urgent 2k or support

You hate Tinubu for two reasons..
1) He is far better in politics than all IIGB0S combined because he achieved what no IIGB0S has ever or will ever reach
2) He successfully buried Obi or any IIGB0 political aspiration in Nigeria

If care is not taken all thst bragging right you have will be submerged and gone at the rate Tinubu policies are summersaulting and strangulating Nigerians ... just 1yrs every commodity is at over 300% increase

No be say Tinubu no know what to do, but his govt is for the politicians, the politicians are the happiest people in Nigeria today ..

It is abysmal and bizzare to fix Oro on the days of protest. Same happened during the last election when Oro was fixed on election day to prevent electorates from voting. Our leaders are the cause of anarchy in this country, if the country is working fine who will call for protest. Let them sit up tight and put things in the right place and they will see how things will work fine in the country.

If I'm not wrong the ADEBOYE you meant has never participated in a protest whilst the Tinubu who did, did so (not travelling to another region to do it let alone burning up public or private infrastructures)but only in his region, even his home state in precise.

It's funny how the "oro" is coming now.
How come they didn't say it at the beginning of the year just like the known Muslim and Christian celebration such as (Eid and Xmas)

This simply means one thing government is scared.

Step out and let protest our grievances.

I will be giving out small refreshments for those in Alimosho interested in the protest.

Great reply from Lagos state gov.

Oro is used in warding off evil away from the land. We all saw the evil destruction that came with endsars.

The protest (now revolt) has been hijacked and named Days of rage, meaning days of violence and uncontrollable anger. We do not want that on our lands.
The naming was "ill-thought" ,you can't in one fold say It's a peaceful protest and tag it "days of rage". Whoever gave it that name defeated the peaceful purpose it was to serve and gave the government power to use force.
