first of all Rivers state is not a tribe. what bothers me more is what the designer of this I.V is trying to achieve, seems like it is a cordinated attack to piss some people off. Whoever did this is definately not Igbo or from Rivers state.

The organizer is just an hustler hoping to make money from ticket sales. He or she would be disappointed. But the pulse of the locals seems they won't even let the event hold.
