The roles are:
1. ESTATE SURVEYORS
Estate Surveyors with no less than 3 years working experience in any of agency- sales/letting, valuation or property management
Qualification: B.Sc. or HND (Upper Credit) in Estate Management only
Locations: Lagos, Ibadan, Benin, Port Harcourt, Akure, Kano, Kaduna, Jos, Owerri, Abeokuta, Abuja

2. ACCOUNT OFFICERS
Account Officers with not less than 3 years’ experience in a structured environment
Qualification: B.Sc. Accountancy/Economics or HND Accountancy in Upper Credit
Locations: Lagos, Ibadan, Kano, Port Harcourt, Abuja

3. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS
Admin Officers with not less than 3 years in office management and other administrative duties in a structured environment
Qualification: First degree or HND in any relevant discipline. Computer literacy is a must
Locations: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan, Jos

4. SALES/MARKETING EXECUTIVES
Experienced marketers of real estate products and services are needed for full time employment.
Previous experience as a Marketer/Sales Executive in a real estate firm is an important requirement for the potential role holders.
Qualification: First degree/HND –Upper Credit in any relevant social sciences.
Locations: Lagos, Ibadan, Benin, Port Harcourt, Abuja, Kaduna, Owerri, Warri


5. INTERNAL AUDITORS
Experienced Internal Auditors with not less than 3 years audit experience in a large and structured environment are needed. Suitable candidates must be vast on compliance, process alignment and report writing.
Qualification: B.Sc. Accountancy /Economics. Certification or advanced stages in professional exams would be an advantage for the right candidates
Locations: Lagos with occasional travels out of station

6. LAWYERS
The services of legal counsel with experience in real estate transactions are needed to join the legal team of the firm. Suitable candidates would have not less than 3 years post call experience. Candidates with no real estate experience, but who can demonstrate the right aptitude could be given some considerations.
Qualification: 3 Years post call experience
Location: Lagos

7. HEAD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
We are seeking an experienced Head of Information Technology to provide strategic and technical leadership across all technological aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network management, cybersecurity, ERP implementation, and budgeting.
Qualification: B.Sc. Computer Science.
Location: Lagos
