Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products/services via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Promote products/services to potential customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in call centre or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in email marketing and sales
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Familiarity with CRM software and technology

Salary: 85,000 remote
