Job Description

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media and Blog Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Social Media and Blog Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence.
You will also manage our company blog, ensuring that it reflects our brand voice and engages our audience.

Responsibilities

– Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
– Define the most important social media KPIs.
– Manage and oversee social media content.
– Measure the success of every social media campaign.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
– Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
– Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
– Provide constructive feedback.
– Adhere to rules and regulations.

Blog Management:

– Manage and oversee the company blog, ensuring regular publication of high-quality content.
– Develop a content calendar and collaborate with team members to generate ideas and assign topics.
– Write, edit, and publish blog posts that are engaging, informative, and aligned with SEO best practices.
– Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
– Promote content on social media platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
– Monitor and analyze blog performance using tools like Google Analytics.

Requirements

– Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Manager, or similar role.
– Hands-on experience in content management.
– Excellent copywriting skills.
– Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
– Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
– Knowledge of online marketing channels.
– Familiarity with web design and publishing.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Analytical and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
– Experience working with influencers and managing influencer campaigns.
– Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
– Experience with email marketing and lead generation strategies.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
– Strong project management skills.
