But the mindless slowpoke in Enugu is repainting few roads in Enugu city and buying expensive furniture for his office while the rest of the 17 LGAs in his State rot away in squalor.

Where you see brown roof?? Ekwulobia is not even in the top 10 towns in Anambra state...it's just lucky to be in a very advantageous geography.

Even the neighboring OKO town is more developed.
