Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: 80% Virtual, 20% Physical
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support an extremely busy business professional. The ideal candidate will be a master multitasker with exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and organize the professional’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
 Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
 Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
 Conduct research and compile information for meetings and projects.
 Coordinate events and manage logistics for business and personal functions.
 Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
 Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure the professional’s day runs smoothly.
 Assist with personal errands and tasks to support the professional’s personal life.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
 Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Suite, AI platforms like ChatGPT and ability to research on any topic given. Basic troubleshooting skills for technology-related issues are also valuable.
 Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to quickly and effectively resolve issues that may arise
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 Strong Presentation and reporting skills.
 Social Media Management
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 High level of discretion and confidentiality.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours as needed.
 Must have access to a phone and laptop always. Stipends will be given for access to the internet.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
