It could be as a result of bathing with cold water, especially the first reaction to cold water on the head has some risk flipping the system to survival mode, shooting the circulatory system/nervous system into overdrive thereby increasing blood rush or overflow.
I usually use warm water on my body during a slightly cold weather, I avoid starting bathing from the head but from my feet or body to adjust my body to the temperature.

A healthy person who woke up had a normal morning routine in preparation for her classes, only to end up dead in the bathroom. Then from their to the hospital where she was pronounced dead and from their to the grave.

What baffles me is that all these happened same day.
