It's all about entertainment.
Mass com. Music, theatre arts, are all in this category. Students in this departments usually do a lot of entertainment and fun shows in school. They do little of academic work compared with students in the engineering and medical facilities.

This viral video shows a female student of the Department of Mass Communication, Delta State University dancing outrageously during the department's award day/departmental party. She even disregarded the presence of her lecturers.

Someone was speaking at the background of the video that the show she put up was embarrassing.

The only problem I see with this thread is that the lecturers are still there.

Which still means nothing, because it is supposed to be Departmental “PARTY”.
She is putting the hall in a PARTY MOOD, after the whole Academic Award-giving events are done-and-dusted with.
