Dull people thin that the governor controls the police, the army and other armed security apparatus.

It's like some people think boko and bandit guys use traditional ammunitions to operate.
Well, governors do not need security votes since they do not have the constitutional power to provide security.
Also, Tinubu and Shettima are useless. They have all the power to solve insecurity problems but they look the other way for personal profits.

Open combat against terrorist boko and bandits will always fail because of the nature of the war and all the military leaders know this. If they don't know, then they are fools.
What if they infiltrate the terrorist apparatus just as the terrorists did to the army. Flow with the tide, understand their ways, penetrate and then eat them up like cancer.

This can only be achieved when the FG is serious about security. Not the useless mofos who are interested in stuffing up their pockets with public tax.

Are The governors in charge of DSS, police,Military? I believe during Jonathan's time, you won't ask this kind of question; rather you would say He is incompetent. Tinubu promised to end insecurity so let him do that. People talked about state police but same Tinubu's IGP disagreed.
