The protest is necessary but not now because it is too early to protest against a new government that is barely 1 year from when he constituted his cabinate, please give this new government more time like 10 more months so that we can start to see the gains from his policies. This is a new government and not all policies will work as planned and there is room to try other policies until he gets it right. He knows that the economy is hard and he is trying his best to fix it and you should remember that the bad economy did not start from this Tinubu regime but I will advise our president to return fuel subsidy because it brought more hardship to Nigerians than he met the economy. (2) Government should suspend or stop work on the Coastal road from Lagos to Calabar and channel all the money to fix our Refineries and make sure it works before he clocks 2 years in office. (3) Government should stop all recruitments in all government ministries and MDA's including NNPC and CBN now to create space for our teeming youths for employment from every state of the federation without discrimination. Nigerians are suffering and it is increasing day by day, Please Nigerians, say no to protest, lets give our president more time to fix Nigeria but after 2 years if there is no significant change we can now protest against the Government. |

Removal of subsidy is the beginning of problem Minimum wage bla bla bla they are using as excuse coz its been signed into law. Not everyone is under the government, entrepreneurs are finding it difficult. Privates wont yield. Everything and i mean everything most especially food items have increased with about 350%. 1 tuber of yam - 2k Beans and rice n garri n bread - brutal increment. So called staple food.. 10 more months? Hunger would have weakened everyone to even stage a protest. 2 Likes |

The protest is not compulsory. Those who can bear Tinubu's destruction of Nigeria whilst he fattens his cronies can wait. Leave those who want to protest. It is their right abeg The best Tinubu's supporters can do is stay away and tell those who listen to them. 4 Likes |

Protest is too early but it wasn’t too early for the new government to quadruple the hardship on Nigerians right? To you, Nigeria can’t continue to subsidize and the people have to suffer and pay high tariffs, but it’s too early to hold them accountable? What type of anti-people thinking is that? 3 Likes |

OP I'm sure you had the same patience with buhari for good eight years. Let me ask you what came out of it? now another leader who promise to continue with Buhari's legacy has emerge and he has also started in similar fashion but you are here again preaching patience. No wahala; if you are not going to join the protest,it's your own personal decision, leave people who want to do otherwise. 2 Likes |

Protest wey no get timing no go carry weight. Abeg, make we no deceive ourselves, the timing matter pass the noise. Those wey wan protest now, how dem wan gather support when the government dey throw goodies around? E go better make we wait small, let things settle, then we fit plan better strategy. No be every time wahala, sometimes na patience go win the day. 12 Likes |

No be small matter. This protest matter don dey tire me. Na now we wan start protest when the country still dey try to find balance after all the wahala wey don happen? E no make sense. If we start now, e go just be like say we no get patience at all. People go come dey shout up and down, but wetin we gain? The government go just use am as excuse to ignore our real issues. E be like say some people no sabi say timing na everything. Instead of rushing to protest, make we first gather our strength and plan well. Na when we fit stand strong and united, then we go fit make our voices count. As e be now, na only noise we go dey make, and nothing go change. We don see am before, protests wey no lead to anything. Make we no rush this one. 12 Likes |

From May 2011 to Jan 2012 is how long? This is the time it took Tinubu to sponsor a massive protest against GEJ for 2 weeks. Don't be a hypocrite! AsabaPropertyAg: 3 Likes |

Salewa97: Patience is a waste of time. One intelligent philosopher once said "Every time is the right moment to start, and every moment is the best moment to begin" Nigeria is at war. Anyone who relaxes at war front goes with the war. The government is seriously at war to subdue Nigerians thru hunger. Procrastination is an enemy of anything good. Good things come to them that wait. Better things come to those who go grab them. 1 Like |

AsabaPropertyAg:I can't seriously believe this is coming from a human being. The same government within one year bought a yatch, a private jet, bought multimillion naira vehicles for senators, bought presidential villa and pay pensions to ex governors and senators. Yet the common man cannot afford 3square meal daily. We should give them time until they sell Nigeria like Kenya was sold to inflation and taxation? It's either you are born of wickedness or the gods have taken out your brain. 2 Likes |

Why now? It’s just another distraction from the real issues we face. Those calling for protests at this time seem to forget that timing is everything. This is not the right moment to stir the pot when we should be focusing on unity and stability. Protests without a clear plan only create chaos and division. We need to think critically, not just react emotionally. 12 Likes |

AsabaPropertyAg:when new policy is not working, the right thing for a sensible government to do is to revert to old policy or better policy, Instead of sticking to new policy that's making things worse day by day,is that not wickedness? Let's fear God nah |
