1.the north is the most detribalised region in Nigeria the most problem in the north is suffering from years of brain washing by some selfish people parading themselves as religious leaders but now must northerners know that this people are only after their pockets they are dancing with politicians and they are corrupted by politicians to scam people with religion to further there interests but now most people are now woke
2 . The northerners are more patriotic and have more interest in nigeria than there southern counter parts who most of them lost interest in nigeria and there greatest dream is to japa at every possible mean.
3. The north is suffered the most in recent years from bad administration bandits, boko haram, etc which caused untold damage and breakdown of economy of most rural farmers who where in peace time where wealthy farmers and traders.
4.And naturally Muslims are bold and fearless especially when pushed to the walls, as Islam unlike Christianity does not adhere to the turn the other cheek doctrine, Muslim go and fight for their rights when ever they feel threatened

Yet the same north watched Buhari for 8 good wasted yrs. The north looked away while Buhari govt introduced this hardship since 2015. Instead of reacting, the northern elites were so quiet because Buhari is from there.

In 2020 during the endears protest that saw the killing of innocent Nigerians, Buhari was the one who ordered the military to invade law abiding citizens of this country for doing what was tgeir constitutional right, how many northerners joined the protest against Sara brutality?

Now, this particular protest is gaining traction from the northern part of the country bcoz the President is from the south and not them. They wish is them again after uninterrupted 8yrs.

The north can't accept patient from rotation of same turned they already enjoyed theirs

No the northerners wanted to protests against buhari but the religious leaders in the north calmed downed peoples saying that protest is bad, but now under tinubu things are not easy any more no amount of persuasions can induce people to calm down this time around,most of you here seems to translate this protests to political
game where as it was truly people protests and was motivated by primarily by the hardship than anything else. If it was a political game why did all northern leaders are against this protests? If north don't want southerner to become president did they can even vote tinubu in the first place? Did their are no core northern candidates in the lasts presidential election?

And yes you need to remember that this northern leaders are not direct representation of the common men in the north same with southerners but most of you failed to realized this you keep judging us by those corrupt people called leaders,.one of the reason I decided to join nairaland at this time is to curtailed this ignorance.
