$1.5 Billion Mangal Cement Plant Completed In Ilu-agba Kogi State(photos) by Simongm2: 6:22pm On Jul 29
Alhaji Dahiru Mangal CON has completed a $1.5 billion cement plant in Ilu-Agba, Ijumu local government area, Kogi State, Nigeria.
The first bag of cement was launched yesterday in a grand ceremony, marking a key milestone for Mangal Cement Company.
The plant will produce 200 trucks of cement daily and create 10,000 direct and many more indirect jobs.

am sure you are aware of all his tactics meted on BUA during the cement increment saga and how he bought and frustrated the company from the market so as to increase the price of it

If those acts are really true, then you can't categorise them as monopoly. You can say 'anti-competition' or 'anti-trust' practices. I know not of any sector where Dangote has a monopoly.
