yeah, at camp you'll get a room for 46k.... Some are 48k. And you can also get a self-contained apartment for 80k.... Ask Yakeeboy and the rest.

The rooms are self-contained with wall to wall tiles, each room has a kitchen, wardrobe, the hostel has borehole, transformer for electricity, 24/7 security, etc. Due to the closeness of the hostel to the school, (you spend less on transport) a lot of people have started paying for the hostel now before school resumes. With those qualifiers, the house you're describing shouldn't be less than 80k even 100k. Abi na lie?
And I still think the cost of transport from Camp and gate is the same(wt MANCOT). I prefer accomodation at camp because you can easily get what you need (including foodstuffs)
