Cassava can be planted anytime during the rainy season even in dry season. In regards to the type of cassava, it depends on the market. Most companies prefer tme-419 but it is prone to type of soil because it can easily get rotten if the soil is too fertile, wind can easily bring it down, animal eat it easily etc. Advantage is that it has the highest starch of any type of cassava you can think of and that is the reason companies struggle to have it. 1 Like |
