Some of the protesters partaking in the nationwide demonstration against hardship set up bonfire in front of Government House, Kano, on Thursday morning.

The protesters from different parts of the metropolis had converged on the Government House, where Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf was to address them.

However, some of them assembled tyres and set them ablaze as they were approaching the gate.

This made security operatives at Government House to fire gunshots and teargas to disperse the protesters.

The crowd fled towards different direction in the ensuing confusion.

As long as they don't let it get out of hand. If you commit any crime you will bear the consequences

Hmm
This is not good at all.
Tinubu spent time bribing clerics and foolish touts that call themselves traditional leaders. If he used the same time to do something that ordinary people will benefit from and reverse some of these heartless policies. This protest wouldn't be like this

No wonder the Governor there said he supports protest.

The weak governor would soon learn lessons from similar weakness that was demonstrated by Gov Sanwo-Olu during the endSARS protest, and by Gov Alex Otti during the illegal Biafra day of this year.

Bla bla bla... Protest is currently on in Lagos state.

Supporting protest doesn't mean support for violence. Even your Tinubu supports protest.
