Interviewer: So did you join any group or you just decided to (protester interrupts)

Protester: I just decided to come out. Im alone. I’m coming from Festac. My son at 13 is a programmer. I can’t even buy data for him to learn more. I can’t even pay for the tuition fee, millions of naira.

At 13 he can program. Goodluck Benjamin is his name. My name is (inaudible) Benjamin Chijioke. So I rather die on the streets than die at home. I can’t watch the future of my son go to waste

I know I may not have future again in Nigeria but my son’s future will not waste

Politicians have really messed up with Nigerians. Where do people even start from to recover from the time and resources wasted?

Madridguy see your mate. He’s fighting for his son’s future. He’s not a coward like you who will rather die of hunger at home for fear of being shot by rogue police

This man is probably even more Lagosian than most of you shouting Lagos Lagos up and down.

He lives and pays his taxes in Lagos and that’s where he should protest peacefully

madridguy:
Probably Tinubu brown envelope don reach him side.

Sincerely we Nigerians need to protest, people in Abuja should help us out. Basic things are now very luxury.
