To see this in Tinubu State of Origin is somehow o😂
No party in Nigeria has ever convinced me to be a good government so far, LP is not even paying the last minimum wage of N30,000.

Farooq Kperogi articles and insinuations are always prophetic; any wise government should always take heed. Tinubu does not have the cult following that Buhari (the terrible leader) had; and like Farooq, I'm glad he doesn't. It means Nigeria, not sections of Nigeria, can voice her discontent when he fails or is failing.

Why are we still protesting in the rain when we know the government doesn't listen?

Instead of wasting energy on protests, let’s focus on real solutions for our hardship.

The rain will stop, but our problems will remain if we don’t change our approach.

It’s high time we stop the theatrics and start demanding accountability from our leaders.

You be fufu and a phool.

Nigeria and their protest culture. Rain or shine, they will still hit the streets, but what do they hope to achieve?

Instead of protesting, maybe they should focus on building their communities. It's always the same story, just different weather.

Na talk be this? They should focus on building their communities with hunger and empty stomach right? See jargon talk

These protesters no get sense at all. Even rain no fit stop them from making noise. What they need is to focus on their lives instead of causing wahala. In Osun, we dey manage our own hardship, why add to it with protest?

In the next 100 yrs, when black Anthropologists and biologists exhume your dead body, they will wonder how a multicellular organism was able to even perform , despite it being actually "brain-free".

You're a wonder. A wondrous specie of scientific interest.

Hardship protest: Osun protesters hit Osogbo streets despite rain. Many residents of Osogbo on Thursday defied early morning light rain and stormed streets for the #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria protest against the poor state of the economy..

The protesters had started their march from Freedom Park, Osogbo, and moved through the popular MDS road to Olaiya Junction where the protesters, accompanied by armed security operatives, addressed journalists..

shame to the hypocritical regions in Nigeria.......the south east and south south ........if osogbo and Lagos and other Yoruba areas will come out then I don't know why these docile regions should sit on the fence most especially that south east .....

First and foremost, it's like you have now agreed that your Tinubu and APC have failed.
Secondly, you have agreed that they should be held accountable for the state of hunger in the land.

Your error is that you didn't state another constitutional way asides protests to hold leaders accountable. You only asked people to find an alternative that you yourself don't know. Name an alternative effective strategy that the people can use to communicate their grievances.

People like you just babble saying a lot without saying anything.

I have not seen any news of protest from the South eastern states despite the demonstrations going on in the west and northern part of the country.
What's going on.
Paradoxically, these were the regions who massively voted for Tinubu against Obi. They hated ibos and would do anything to ensure they are not voted into power, forgetting that what should matter is competence and credibility.
I have no pithy for Nigerians.
They ll never learn.
Don't be surprised, these fools might still queue up to vote for APC by 2027.

The protest in ibadan and osogbo should send the signal to everyone that that Yorubas are the most pragmatic ethnic tribe in Nigeria. We don't hide under one finger. We don't care if you're our own or not,if u no do well,we we deal with u and put u in your right place. We have always protested against bad governance rt from the colonial days, and that's why the British didn't hand over to us, obviously because of our combative nature.

We d youths no send Tinubu in south west, except some old folks who may have liked his style. We protested against Jonathan, Buhari and we still doing the same against our brothers. A fo fun iya anybody

I like the way other states especially for SW and NC
That really conduct the justified long overdue protest in peace and dignity
That can't be said for place like Kano
A "peaceful" protest almost immediately turns to looting and destruction of private and public infrastructures 🤦‍♂️
So appaling
Kano isn't place for any peaceful protest cos it doesn't exist there

APC sIaves have lost their voice.
They thought threats were going to work. They're just online warriors who are equally facing the hardship being meted on them by their duIIard president.

Here's one of them.
