On Saturday, August 3, officers of the Nigeria Police Force opened fire on protesters and journalists at the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja, during the end hunger protest.

Daily Post reports that protesters, mostly youths, had gathered in front of the stadium for the day three of the 10-day protest to end bad governance in Nigeria.

The heavily armed men, who arrived the venue around 11:45am, ordered them to leave.

Following their refusal to obey the order, the policemen opened fire on the protesters, including journalists at the venue.

Gradually the FG is losing the battle. It's a game of wits.
People won't stop protesting.

The real problem will start when the Protesters become violent.

The world is watching

That’s why no one pity them when they were being roasted during endsars. That’s how you start shooting and when things escalate, you blame protesters

This thing Nigerian citizens are doing will mostly benefit the police, but foolishness will not let them manage the protesters well

So this is what we've come to? Protesters running away like it's a game of hide and seek.

Instead of standing for what they believe in, they’re scattering like cockroaches when the light comes on.

Nigeria needs serious change, but it seems like all we get are theatrics and chaos. What a shame!
