What chance does he need? A president should know that this kind of broadcast will only increase the protest. He was giving reasons why some decisions were made instead of giving solutions. The least he could do was tell us that he would look into the subsidy matter. He can even say 25% of fuel will be subsidized. He thinks giving huge FAAC to governors will solve the hunger crises? Hell no it won't. Huge don't mean a thing when inflation is sky high
